The key to improving the quality of education is to educate the teachers.To own the good occupational commitment and high enthusiasm is meaningful to promote the education and improve the quality of school education.The junior stage is critical period for students to develop personality,and it is also the conflict time for their physical and mental development,so the teachers have a lot of pressure at the same time.It is found that the teachers in junior school is the group with great occupational pressure.If the teachers are not able to deal with the pressure,their sense of occupational belonging will be less and less,which will affect the quality of education and the development of students seriously.According to the studies on the theories of psychological resources,as an active and controllable psychological resource,psy Cap can relieve the psychological impact of teachers' pressure,which is good for keeping the faith and belief of education and maintaining good levels of occupational commitment.Therefore,my study aims to learn about the basic character of occupational pressure,psycap,and occupational commitment of teachers in junior school.Meantime the influences to occupational commitment of teachers in junior school from the occupational pressure and psycap can be analyzed and regulating effect from the psycap on the occupational pressure and occupational commitment can be researched.There are 388 teachers chosen to be tested by using scales about occupational pressure,psycap and occupational commitment.Here are the results:(1)The teachers have over-heavy pressure,but the levels of psycap and occupational commitment are good.There are differences among the variables of demology.(2)Occupational stress could negatively predict occupational commitment and each dimension;Psychological capital could positively predict occupational commitment and each dimension.(3)The relationship between Psychological Capital Adjustment of Occupationalstress and Junior Middle School Teachers' Professional commitment as a whole and emotional commitment and continuing commitment(4)There are significant differences in the regulating effects of different types of psychological capital.Psy Cap plays a significant role in regulating the relationship between occupational stress and emotional commitment.Guanxi-oriented psy Cap plays a significant role in the regulation of occupational stress,career commitment and emotional commitment.
