According to the investigation, at present in the school educationof middle-primary school , generally speaking, it exits that student lackof study motivation ,the unreasonable of learning strategy and learningadaptability. Many researches prove , study motivation arouse withlearning strategy train is effective , but it differs in actual operationeffect. We will keep health law this Chinese traditional culture marrowas a tool support, with learning motivation arouse mainly successfuleducational method and specific learning strategy train to combine, inteaching practice have formed a set of system " health-keeping toeducation law ". Educational teaching practice shows , health-keeping toeducation law can make student in strong healthy body and energy vigorous,notice concentration ,at the same time, experience the glamour of Chinesecultural cream, raise the study for that they go on motivation arouse withthe efficiency of learning tactful training. Eventually, make student theoriginal accept level and learning ability have obvious raising, qualitygets overall development. Full text divides into 7 parts totally.1 . the summary partial related researches about learningadaptability comment and the way to improve learning adaptability. Afterhaving commented about the domestic and international research conditionof adaptability, this part has introduced two methods to raise student'slearning adaptability operation: to arouse learning motivation and totrain for learning strategy.2 . This part is about the proposal of the problem and conceptionof the research. This part introduce the background of the problem, thehypothesis and significance of the research. 3 .The third part has introduced the main content of DachengHealth-keeping to Education Law: first, the theories and practice ofDacheng Health-keeping way,and second is also a focus of educationtraining. 4.It introduces the method of the research, including the choice of theexaminers, the research tools and the steps of the experiment.5.It shows the result of the analysis of the statistics from the experiment,including the comparison of adaptional development level and student'slearning before or after the experiment.6.this part discuss and analyze the results of the experiment from thefollowing seven aspects: first , test former student to study the analysis of adaptability level.Statistical analysis shows , the examination student concentrate inmedium level .They have the space of rising and the necessity ofintervention .second , test rear student to study the analysis of adaptability level.Rousing of the learning motivation and learning tactful training hasgotten notable effect, it has promoted student psychological quality andstudying tailorability to meet the overall raising of ability.Third, keeps health to educate law, have promoted the student originalacceptable level and rise the record of school work . Test around majorsubject to study record and total statistical analysis result also show ,discrepancy notable, experiment group has obvious advance.Fourth, it combines modern school educational regularity and the creamin Chinese traditional culture, it can be helpful to solve the presentgenerally existent problem " faith crisis" .Fifth, with the aid of a certain tool to support , it can raise learningmotivation and the training efficiency for learning strategy.Sixth , it can promote student mainness development . At last, commenton the limitation for entire research .Seventh, it makes statistics analysis for the related condition ofadaptability and learning record.7 .Finally, it introduced the limitation and the conclusion of thisresearch .For the level of Grade 2 students in junior middle school carry out" keep health law " training, at the same time, combine mainly with theeducation with success ( arouse learning motivation ), supplement withthe training of learning strategy, can be raising the student's learningadaptability level effectively in a short comparatively time.According to quantity table data analysis, the student of experimentgroup studies adaptability average grade to reach 3.47, is obviouslybetter than frequent mould. Each grade distribution proportion explains ,It has the most obvious effect to intervene for medium and inferiorstudent . After testing , test group with compare group in " learningenthusiasm " , " learning plan " , " the friendship " " willpower " andother aspects of psychological quality have notable discrepancy( p ﹤0.05, p ﹤ 0.01), these indexes have got obvious raising. In thecomprehensive index of the table," study attitude" and " the health ofbody and mind "has notable discrepancy ( p ﹤ 0.05 ).The improving of student learning adaptability can produce activeaffect for the learning record of Grade 2 students .The learning record for Grade 2 students is related to medium--lowlevel with each learning adaptability factor, it is related highest with" learning attitude ".
