According to the requirements of curriculum reform policy,we must implement humanistic ideas,promote the development of each student,and attach importance to the individualized,harmonious,and comprehensive development of education seizures,and use development and comprehensive vision to treat each educated person.However,in view of the current situation of secondary education in rural areas,learning difficulties generally exist,and it is impossible to achieve the established quality of education.The study in this paper is beneficial to the development of individual students,finding solutions and improving methods for learning difficulties,ensuring education of rural students with learning difficulties,and helping them to solve learning problems.Second is conducive to the implementation of the teacher education teaching work,the study for middle school teachers solve the problem of learning disabilities to provide certain theoretical guidance,help promote education quality of teaching of middle school teachers and improve teaching level;and then,it can promote the development of education teaching reform in Dacheng county,and answer the call of 19 th report: "promote the integrated development of education in urban and rural areas,and attach great importance to education in rural areas".Using field research data,we first analyzed the general situation in rural high school,which included family situation,learning status,psychological well-being.Secondly,this paper analyzed the types of students with learning difficulties in rural middle schools,including: learning disabilities caused by undefined learning goals,lack of learning motivation and other reasons;learning disabilities caused by unscientific and unreasonable learning methods and bad learning habits;learning disabilities caused by improper education methods;learning disabilities caused by lack of self-control and willpower;learning disabilities caused by external factors.And then,we have analyzed the characteristics of rural high school learning: bad grades,poor learning attitude,bad study habits,bad memory,bad self-control,bad self-esteem.And then analyzed the major problems in rural high school learning: the family education,the learning interest,the negative view of the problem,the stress,the poor interpersonal relationship.Then it analyzed the reasons for the formation of students with learning difficulties in rural middle schools,including family factors,school factors,students' own factors and social factors.Finally,the conversion strategy was proposed from the four aspects of family,school,student and society : change rural parents' education concept;change the management of rural schools;change students' own situation;manage education according to law and improve social environment. |
