Build a socialism with Chinese characteristics, must people first, is it improve ideological and ethical standards and scientific and cultural qualities of the whole nation to put forth effort. It is a basic task of national education to improve the whole national quality. Changing from exam- oriented education to quality-oriented education, it is the foundation works of improving national quality to implement quality-oriented education. Aesthetic education , as a kind of affective education, is the important component of the quality-oriented education, and with its unique advantage, the improvement of the overall quality to people is constructed in order to influence . Chinese is not only a tool of thoughts communication, but also a component of the culture, its humane education function accumulate generous artistic charm student cultural life , emotion train and intelligence power of development inside. We can say , the essence of Chinese teaching is the aesthetic education. This paper aims at probing into and passing the aesthetic education factor which excavates Chinese discipline, implement aesthetic education in Chinese teaching, realize the goal of quality-oriented education. This paper  is divided into four parts: First, function and value of aesthetic education ; Second, position and function in quality-oriented education of aesthetic education ; Third, aesthetic education factor of Chinese discipline ; Fourth, to implement the aesthetic education in Chinese teaching.
