Based on the perspective of promoting students' long-term development and teachers' professional growth,this paper puts forward relevant strategies for implementing dynamic generative curriculum,aiming at fully mobilizing dynamic factors such as students,teachers,situations and knowledge in the classroom.Its connotation lies in the teacher's presupposition before class,according to the students' feedback information and the appropriateness of the curriculum content in the classroom,to create a class suitable for each other's development together with the students.So that each student can get the maximum development,each teacher can realize their own value,in order to meet the diverse needs of the country and Society for talents.The relevant strategies of dynamic generative curriculum implementation are based on the characteristics of students' subjectivity,teaching situation,process openness and interactive ascension,and combined with the related problems revealed in the empirical survey data.Therefore,the implementation of dynamic generative curriculum has a guiding significance for improving classroom quality and promoting the development of teachers and students.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and theoretical research to study the implementation strategies of dynamic generative curriculum in the following four aspects:Part I: Understanding the implementation of dynamic generative curriculum.It mainly discusses the connotation,characteristics and value of the implementation of dynamic generative curriculum.It lays a logical foundation for this study.Part ?: The theoretical basis of dynamic generative curriculum implementation.This study is mainly based on educational psychology(meaningful learning theory),pedagogy(post-modern curriculum concept),sociology(field theory),philosophy(process philosophy theory),and elaborates the reference significance of the above theory to the implementation of dynamic generative curriculum,as the theoretical support of this study.Part III: Problems and analysis of dynamic generative curriculum implementation.Starting from the four characteristics of dynamic generative curriculum implementation(student subjectivity,teaching situation,process openness and interactive ascension),this study investigates the current situation of curriculum implementation in XX senior high school,and presents the following specific problems: firstly,there is a weak concept ofstudent-centered;secondly,there is a lack of paradigm based on situation;Secondly,there exists the phenomenon of weak thinking in pursuit of openness;finally,there exists the phenomenon of barren path in the way of dialogue.In view of the above problems,this study conducted the necessary analysis,as a data support to achieve dynamic generative curriculum implementation.Part IV: Strategies for the implementation of dynamic generative curriculum.In view of the problems presented by the survey data,and taking the four characteristics of students' subjectivity,teaching situation,process openness and interaction ascension as breakthrough points,and assisted by practical teaching cases,the following strategies are put forward: first,the strategy of ensuring students' subjectivity;second,the strategy of creating teaching situation;third,the strategy of process openness;and finally,the strategy of realizing interaction.Promotion strategy.Based on the data analysis,the optimization strategy is proposed to help students get development,improve teaching,enrich the thinking of teachers and students,and make them become souls and deep people.
