Kindergarteners' belief, as an important topic for teacher research , has theoretical and practical significance. Through developing the scientific meaning of the perspective of children, the perspective of teaching and the perspective of teachers, this thesis intends to conduct a comprehensive reflection and analysis to the present conditions of Guangzhou kindergarteners' perspective of children, of teaching and of teachers in education practice.It is found that, on the perspective of children, most kindergarteners of Guangzhou can respect the differences among children and can comprehend children's need of expressing their feeling. However, part of kindergarteners have a less clear understanding and attitude on children's privileges, and they are in a little ignorance of children's characteristics. On the perspective of teaching, kindergarteners of Guangzhou will consider children's interests and needs when they choose teaching contents and teaching methods, and they will pay attention to develop children's subjectivity and initiate a high-quality interaction with children in teaching. At the same time, most kindergarteners attach importance to foster children's moralities, and they can lead children to make self-evaluation and can take advantage of other teaching resources actively. On the perspective of teacher, kindergarteners of Guangzhou can respect and devote to their vocation on the whole. They have a clear recognize on the role they play in children's development, and they also know that their behaviors have an important effect on children. In addition, most kindergarteners are not satisfied with their present knowledge and eager to develop themselves continually.We also find that, there is a significant difference in the perspective of children between kindergarteners with junior technical job title and kindergarteners with senior technical job title, and there is also a significant difference between kindergarteners with less than two years service and kindergarteners with ten to twenty years service. While on the perspective of teaching and the perspective of teachers, thesekindergarteners don't demonstrate significant difference. Moreover, in the areas of the perspective of children, the perspective of teaching and the perspective of teachers, difference between kindergarteners with different education levels, from different type and rank of kindergartens is also not found significant.In all, it is conclude that there are about three factors have effect on Guangzhou kindergarteners' belief. The first is the personal reasons of kindergarteners, such as their teaching experience, their attitude on work and their teaching techniques. The second factor is maybe from kindergarten, for example, the manage system of teaching in kindergarten, the professional train offered by kindergarten and so on. The third factor is the influence of society, for instance, the issuance and implementation of the new outline on preschool education, the support system from government and the affect of mass media.
