| In 2015,China began to implement the "universa two-child" policy,which is another major action on livelihood issues since the implementation of the "two-child policy for couples where either the husband or the wife is from a single-child family" policy in 2013.With the introduction of this policy,more families will change from one-child families to two-child families,so the interaction between sibling has become a hot topic.Conflict is also a kind of interaction.We should cherish the value brought by sibling conflict.Whether sibling conflict can be effectively solved not only relates to children’s social development,but also affects the quality of parent-child relationship..This study took the perspective of children and parents as the breakthrough point,and invited six groups of two child families to participate in the study.This study mainly used the method of qualitative study to explore children’s understanding of the causes of sibling conflict,children’s emotional feelings in sibling conflict,how Children’s interpretation of parents’ intervention strategies,children’s choice of coping strategies and the best strategies in sibling conflict;explore the relationship between children’s emotional feelings in sibling conflict,how children interpret parents’ intervention strategies,and how children choose to cope strategies in sibling conflict.This study also discussed the parents’ interpretation of the causes and coping strategies in children’s sibling conflict,parents’ perception of children’s emotion in sibling conflict,and parents’ choices of practical strategies and the best strategies to intervene in sibling conflict.Through the comparison and analysis of children’s sibling conflicts from the perspective of both children and parents,the results show that similarities between the two are: 1.Children and parents have basically the same understanding of the causes of sibling conflict;2.Children and parents have emotional resonance in sibling conflict;3.Parents can basically and correctly interpret the actual coping strategies of children’s sibling conflict;4.Children can basically understand the strategies used by parents to intervene in sibling conflicts;5.Parents and children are more inclined to adopt positive strategies and neutral strategies to resolve conflicts.The study results also show that differences between the two are: 1.Parents do not understand part of the causes of children’s sibling conflict;2.Parents do not perceive children’s tension caused by sibling conflict;3.Parents’ interpretation of children’s actual coping strategies is inadequate;4.Children can not fully understand the intention of parents’ intervention strategies;5.Parents do not recognize children’s negative strategies as the best strategies.The author analyzes the research results and puts forward some educational suggestions:1.Observation and listening-correct interpretation of children’s heart;2.Appropriate guidance-tread a fine line when intervening conflict;3.Balanced education-reasonable distribution of resources of love;4.Benign interaction-promoting the harmony of family relations. |
