| Under the background of education in the new era,we need to listen to the evaluation of educators from multiple perspectives.Children may not be able to evaluate teachers comprehensively,systematically and objectively,but their evaluation has certain research significance and value.China’s research on children’s perspective is still in its infancy,and there are not many research results.This study mainly adopts interview method,infant narrative method and literature method to explore children’s understanding of teachers’ role at the present stage.The researcher sampled 70 children from three age groups of primary,middle and senior in the work park to understand their evaluation of teachers.The results show that children think that those who impart knowledge,are versatile,gentle and patient,maintain discipline,love playing games and are beautiful and handsome are good teachers;The knowledge and skills of teachers are most mentioned by children;Individual children can describe the characteristics of teachers from the perspective of moral quality;Children of different ages have different cognitive levels of good teacher image.In view of this,the researchers put forward some thoughts and suggestions on improving the quality of teachers for educators and education managers: Adults should pay attention to children’s perspective and learn from children;Teachers should provide a platform for children to express their perspectives;Education managers should pay attention to the quality of teacher-child interaction. |
