Understanding the world of young children and listening to their voices are the mainstream voices of young children's research today.What kind of attitude do children have about their background life? How do teachers and children view their background life in kindergartens? In such a discourse environment,it is necessary to study theThis research adopts a qualitative research method,using 7 kindergarten teachers of A kindergarten and one of the big class children as the research object,conducting a two-month investigation and study,from the perspective of young children,to understand the children's knowledge and understanding of their life in the background of the park Compare children's background life perspectives with teachers' background life perspectives in order to more fully understand children's background life perspectives.After analyzing the results of the interview,the author found that the large class children have a basic understanding of their backstage life in the park.The concept of backstage life as understood by young children focuses on non-teacher-led activities;young children believe that teachers control the entire physical facilities of children,as long as the children appear,they will be accompanied by teacher management.Children think that the management of teachers by themselves is universal in all aspects of kindergarten care activities;in terms of value orientation,children 's emotional orientation for backstage life is more complicated,and children who think that backstage life is important are often younger in the class and are also teachers It is often said that relatively "indifferent" children.Toddlers who think that backstage life is not important and unnecessary often behave more maturely and behave more like adults.The preschool teachers' understanding of the content of the backstage life of the preschool children mainly starts from the perspective of "the preschool children are out of the control of the teachers".Teachers believe that children's backstage life is divided into two categories,one is language and the other is behavior.In terms of language,teachers believe that the background content of children's back-stage life is concentrated in the interaction between children,and the content is mostly events that have common topics that children are interested in.In terms of children's behavior,they focus on trying to go beyond the routine and do things that are not allowed outside the routine.Teachers believe that children's background life is a spontaneous behavior,intentionally or unintentionally,out of the control of the foreground meaning.The reason is to relax mentally under the tension under the rules management.Teachers believe that children's lives should be interspersed with free space,and children's freedom should be developed on the premise of convention.Children's backstage life is an activity with multiple values.Teachers believe that the reason why young children think that backstage life is not important is that under the impact of external social culture,young children are passively driven by external culture,equating free backstage life time with “naughty” and “playing”.Kindergarten teachers' understanding of children's backstage life is mainly based on the perspective that “children are out of teacher control”.Teachers believe that children's background life is divided into two categories,one is language,and the other is behavior.In terms of language,teachers believe that the content of children's background life is concentrated in the interaction between children,and most of the content of the communication is an event with common topics that the children are interested in.In terms of young children's behavior,they focus on trying to go beyond the routine and do things that are not allowed outside the routine.Teachers believe that children's background life is a spontaneous behavior,intentionally or unintentionally,out of the control of the foreground.The purpose is to relax mentally under the tension of rule management.Teachers believe that children's routine should be interspersed with free space,and children's freedom should be developed on the premise of routine.Teachers believe that children's background life is an activity with multiple values.Teachers believe that the reason why children think that background life is not important is that under the impact of external social culture,children are passively driven by external culture,equating free background life time with "naughty" and "playing".Based on the above points of view,the author makes the following suggestions: let go of the dignity of the teacher,young children participate in routine formulation;flexible arrangement of day life,teachers explain the boundaries in advance;transform traditional evaluation standards and evaluation purposes;give institutional gaps to create a physical space for backstage life;Change perspectives and use conventional management as an auxiliary teaching method.
