Because BBS has the well character of interaction, the learners obtain knowledge by active interaction. When the learners search and interact, they not only grasp the knowledge but also grasp learning method, and they can grasp the capability of knowledge utilization and cooperation.Many schoolers have researched BBS Learning Community from various angles ,and they have obtained a lot of outcome. There are much familarity between Learning Organization and BBS Learning Community .But researching the BBS Learning Community from various by Learning Organization is an new attempt. In this paper ,by analyzing the features of Learning Organization; analyzing the model of organizational learning , analyzing the structure of virtual team ,author constructs the model of BBS learning. In the model of BBS Learning , discussion is the core . How to raise learning strategy , when we consider making the discussion effectively. Tutors and learners are the subject of discussion ,so the learner's strategy are acting their roles and self existing .Tutor's strategy are their guide learning and concerning learner's emotion world .Managers maintain forum cosmos and draw up needful rules.
