Subjectivity is the intrinsic attribute of human being, but the development of man's subjectivity can't be seprated from the practical activity. With the development of the society, not only should the students, which are educated, develop their development level of subjectivity, but also the teachers should realize their subjective value.In the practical teaching, due to the effect of traditional thinking and the education for examination, the subjectivity of the teachers and students can't be developed thoroughly.Following the launching of the new curriculum reform, the students' subjective status has been acknowledged extensively, but it doesn't mean to weaken the teachers' function. Therefore I launches the research revolving around the subjectivity of teachers and students, in order to card people's understanding about teacher-student subjectivity, and develop teacher-student subjectivity in practical teaching. The thesis is divided into five parts.Part one: prefacePart two: combining with the practical teaching, I analyzed the status que of teachers and students subjectivity,Part three: subjectivity is the intrinsic attribute of human being, in this part, I interpret the subject and subjectivity in theory, and analyze the subjective of teachers and students in the practical teaching deeply.Part four: from society and teaching itself, I analyze the elements, which affect the development of teachers and students, so as to find the causes, which bring out the problem.Part five: in this part, I propose some strategies to solve the problem in terms of ideas, teaching style, assessment and so on.
