Inter subjectivity means that individuals interact with each other,cooperate equally,and promote individual development and overall development.At the same time,it provides a new perspective for the subjectivity of graduate students.In the view of inter-subjectivity,the exertion of postgraduates' subjectivity will help postgraduates to know their own advantages and disadvantages and promote the development of their comprehensive quality.It is beneficial for graduate students to view the guiding role of tutors in their own academic research dialectically and promote the development of harmonious guiding student relationship.It is also beneficial for graduate students to become promoters of scientific research in colleges and universities,optimize the participants of management system,and further improve the quality of graduate education in colleges and universities.This study analyzes the meaning and characteristics of graduate students' subjectivity from the perspective of inter-subjectivity.It is suggested that students should be the constructors of good teacher-student relationship,equal interlocutors of tutors,active learners,active researchers and regulators of self-development.It is found that the problem of the postgraduates' subjectivity is that the students' subjectivity consciousness is better than the performance of subjectivity,but with the growth of the grade,the performance of students' subjectivity is still insufficient.According to the analysis,the main factors that affect the development of the subjectivity of postgraduates are the poor campus environment for the cultivation of the consciousness of subjectivity,the training mode of "Strict Enrolment and Loose Graduation",the single evaluation system;the neglect of the the subject status and role of the students,the lack of in-depth guidance for the students,the lack of humanistic care by the tutors;the lack of pure motivation,strong interest in learning and the pressure of employment for postgraduates and etc.According to the analysis of the above situation,this study puts forward the suggestions to cultivate the subjectivity of postgraduate students from three aspects:universities,tutors and students.For universities,they should pay more attention to strengthening the academic atmosphere within campus,improving the postgraduate training mechanism and optimizing the postgraduate evaluation system.For tutors,they should enhance personal qualities,shape the concept of interactive development between subjects,pay more attention to emotional care and psychological comfort for students,strengthen self-guidance ability and sense of responsibility.For students,they should set up their own lofty ideals and aspirations,improve their self-awareness of subjectivity,stimulate their own initiative in learning and strengthen communication with their tutors.
