With the development of education, education reform continuously raise new requirements to teachers and teaching. In the education teaching practice of primary school, the personalized teaching is put forward to cultivate more talents that meet the contemporary social needs, so when we study the related issues of primary school education, we should pay more attention to individualized teaching.This paper adopts to literature research and survey research to investigate and analyze the characterization of primary school teachers’ lack of teaching personalized. Through the selected 150 teachers for the survey, according to the research, the author found there exist some problems, such as the teachers’ skills are insufficient, students cannot keep up with the pace of individualized teaching, teaching evaluation is too mechanical, primary school teaching building management system is not perfect and so on. Especially, the quality of teachers, students’ learning ability, teaching evaluation and teaching management mode are all influence the development of individualization personality, and to some extent, they also block the reform of teaching.This paper objectively analyzes the current situation of developing individualized teaching in Chinese primary schools, and points out that the effect of individualized teaching is not ideal in many areas of our country due to the historical tradition, regional development and other factors. The article puts forward some improvement strategies such as guiding students to adapt to modern personality teaching mode of teaching, developing flexible evaluation mechanism and innovate teaching management and so on.
