High school students, who are creative and eager to show they are unique, have individual characteristics and good ability of observation and thinking. Writing, the result of the creative thinking, is an important way for individuals to express themselves and communicate with others. The purpose of the study on the individualized composition teaching of high school students which initiates students to express themselves freely and truly is in well with the teachers and students. Therefore, individualized composition and the study on the individualized composition teaching will be the inexorable requirements for Chinese subject teaching and reformation.Having studied the individualized composition teaching for many years, educators at home and abroad have already got some achievements. This thesis aims to combine the students' metal features and my teaching experience to have a further discussion about individualized composition teaching. There are four parts:First part: to definite what is individualized composition teaching. To definite what is individuality; to definite what is individualized composition and its essential factors; to definite what is individualized composition teaching and its features.Second part: to describe the theory support of individualized composition teaching. It mainly uses Multi wisdom Theory and Humanism Philosophies to guide the study on individualized composition teaching of high school students.Part three: to analyze the realistic basis of the study on the individualized composition teaching. It explains the necessity and urgency of using individualized composition teaching of high school students in three aspects. There are present situation of high school students' composition, new personalization of high school students and new standards of Chinese subject.Part four: to analyze the use of the study on the individualized composition teaching of high school students. This part is the most important one of this thesis. It contains seven aspects to analyze its practical ways and methods. The seven aspects are as fellows: to increase independent consciousness to create an atmosphere of communication; to train students' individual psychological quality; to focus on the accumulation of extensive reading; to focus on the observation of differences and individual experience; to develop students' creative thinking; to polish students' ability to use individual words; to set up assessment system.
