Micro-course is a means of language teaching, and it is a teaching method countries emerging referrals. The first study on micro courses began in 2011, it is currently in the exploration phase. Due to lacking of the necessary theoretical guidance and practice accumulation, micro courses in language teaching application is not satisfactory. The paper focuses on practical application in language teaching of micro-teaching high school language courses, try to design a viable micro curriculum and effective application of policy, provide theoretical and practical guidance for the current high school language teaching, so that students could master knowledge and ability fastly and efficiently.This article has three parts, the first part describes the present situation of micro teaching high school language courses, through the questionnaires about teachers and students, to analyze the current problems of Chinese micro Teaching high school existence, in other words,the teachers lack of awareness about micro teaching, the teaching content is difficult to be chosen, lacking of micro-curriculum-related production technology and form. The second part presents the appropriate strategies to solve the problem, first of all teachers are required to strengthen the micro-curriculum teaching philosophy, secondly focused on exploring micro course design should follow principles:the teaching of the target steady, accurate and precision; teaching content election by categories; teaching process simple and effectively. Finally, the paper improves the teaching methods of production technology and micro-curriculum. The third part is to be applied to the above-mentioned micro teaching practice teaching design principles to PEP high school textbooks as an example of micro course contents instructional design, and to "the musical characteristics of Lisao" classroom record, for example, to analyze and improve the design of micro-teaching, in order to ensure practical application of micro courses in high school language teaching.
