The Chinese language and culture education is an undergraduate major approved by the Ministry of Education in 2005.In order to understand the construction and training effect of this emerging major, this article investigates and analyzes the microteaching of students. This paper takes the micro-teaching video of 144 undergraduates from Chinese language and culture education in Jinan University as the object to study their teaching skills from the aspect of teaching concept, class design and exact teaching skills in class. After doing this, this paper finds the advantages and disadvantages of the majors and gives some suggestions for them to improve. From the aspect of teaching concept,we can see that the undergraduates focus on the interaction in their teaching, but there are some problems like: the interaction type is too single, the teacher's leading role is not strong, the interactive content is unbalanced. They think highly of language knowledge and ability, but there still are some problems for them to balance the relationship of teaching basic knowledge and training student's language skill in the class. From the aspect of class design,we can see the students can make a complete class, but there are still many things need to be improved. From the aspect ofteaching skills,we can see that the undergraduates try to use different teaching skills in their class, but it is necessary for them to improve their teaching skills.
