C Institutions To Develop The Plight Of Social Workers Involved In The Exploration

With the transformation of government functions and the rapid change of the society, grassroots NGO has played a huge role in making up for the function of the government function, servicing for vulnerable groups, breaking up the whole into parts, maintaining the ecological, cultural diversity. However, it faces many difficulties in the process of its development due to itself and the external environment restricts its healthy and continuous growth. The paper selects the C. which is established in the recent as the research object. Based on the perspective of social work, the paper explores to solve the development dilemma the C. facing in the way that combines participation method and observational method.In the paper, the process of the practice based on the social work is the main line. According to the survey, the C. faces many difficulties including the incomplete of the structure, the lacking of professional social work and volunteers, the narrow channel of funds, the lacking of internal and external supervision mechanism, the lacking of cooperation among the same type organization. According to the situation, firstly, the paper carries on demanding analysis and estimating for social workers involved. Then the author have a try on involving the operation and management of the C. and promoting the implementation of the project based on the learning theory, the human-based theory, the strengths perspective and the socialization theory. And in the assessment, the author find that the involvement on account of the social work has obvious effect in promoting the operation, exploring its advantages, variegating the form of activities combined with the demanding of the object, connecting resources. However, everything has two sides, social work is no exception. Finally, on the basis of the reflection,the author put forward some growth strategy in the perspective of social work for intervening the C.
