Research On Social Work To Intervene Process And Strategy Of The B Community Public Problem Under Strengths Perspective

With the increase of social demand for community public service.In the previous few years,Guangzhou B Family Integrated Service Center(hereinafter referred to as the comprehensive family)set up a community public affairs fieldon the basis of service,for dealing with a various types of community public problems in the communities t specifically.As a problematic matter in the community,the solution of community public problems needs to explore new solutions.How social workers can properly handle and solve all kinds of community public problems is also a direction of current community construction and development.At present,In the absence of Guangzhou B family since its inception,has made some achievements in the work of the community,and the community to solve some of the problems of public problems,has a certain research value.On the basis of the Guangzhou B Family Integrated Service project,this paper takes the three perspectives of community social work as the research object,and analyzes and summarizes the community public problems in the community.Intervention process and strategy,based on this,to explore the ability to focus on various types of community issues of social work process and strategy.This study suggests that the intervention of the competence perspective on community public issues is instructive and feasible.This paper first uses the case study method and the literature research method to collate and analyze all the documents of the three cases of the B Family Integrated Service Center,and the n combine the interview data of the social workers who are responsible for the community public problem field mainly.O n this basis,The first intervention of the social work in the intervention of the community public problem is divided into four stages: the understanding period,the ability to explore the period,the ability to apply the period and the ability to enhance the four stages;Second,the intervention strategies are: to explore the residents capacity,C ultivate residents' subjectivity,nurture and linkage community organizations,play a multi-objective cooperation ability,integrate community resources,enhance community carrying capacity and focus on the problem and build communication platform to promote community problems.In additio n,social workers intervene in the early stage of community public issues also need to follow the urgency of the problem,the availability of resources,the possibility of social workers three principles,as well as community public issues of social work intervention need to be classified,and finally,the author summed up in the community public issues Need to pay attention to some of the problems.
