Practice Study And Pattern Construction Of Family Social Work Service Based On The Strengths Perspective

Based on the strengths perspective,this study adopts the case study method to explore the service process and service strategy of family service in B Street of Guangzhou in the past six years.In this research,the research methods such as participation observation,literature method,interview method and case analysis method are adopted to collect and analyze the data.By sorting out and analyzing the case data,it is found that the pre-service assessment of this study case is an assessment of the needs of families,the strengths and obstacles of the family and environment.Secondly,it summarizes the service development process of the case.It can be divided into three stages: the development stage of the internal strengths of the family,the development stage of the mutual assistance strengths of the family and the development stage of the community participant strengths of the family self-organization.The third is the service path of case study,including the strength-building within the family,the strength-building of the inter-family mutual assistance,and the strength-building of the family in the community,and the different service paths have their own service strategies.Finally,it is found that the service effectiveness of the study cases is shown in three aspects,that is,the improvement within the family,the strengthening of the community support network of the family and the increase of the social ties of the family.At the same time,the research has also found the shortage of the case in the service process,the main performance of the actual service practice arrangement is difficult to realize the social worker high expectation and the mobility of social worker talents challenges the continuity of the service.Through the case study,this study constructs a family social work service pattern under the guidance of strengths perspective.On the basis of the strengths perspective,client in family social work services pattern is family,and family strength-building,strength-building of mutual assistance between families and strength-building of community participation are the service paths,and after comprehensive assessment of families,they can be fully explored and used of family and related strengths,resources,to meet the demands of the family,to achieve their aspirations.Then,the content of the service pattern is described,including characteristics and principles,service logic,pre-service assessment,path,strategy,etc.This study also discusses the applicability and limitations of the service pattern,and points out that it has reference significance,but also needs to be further explored and studied.
