They were faced with the problem of relative to other teachers more and more complicated, the pressure is greater. How to improve their present situation, and constantly improve the ability of education and teaching and teachers in rural areas, we must ponder over. Therefore, strengthening the research of "the political history of volume" and teachers’ influence on rural whether in theory or in practice are of great significance and value.This paper takes L City senior high school entrance examination "political history affect the volume" on rural moral teachers as the research object, on the basis of existing research results, starting from the actual current rural middle school moral teachers, using a variety of research methods of interview, questionnaire, literature research, extensive investigation on the "occupation of rural. The political history teacher, volume", draw the following conclusions:first, "the political history of volume" appearance to the teachers’ comprehensive development needs; two, the rural teachers "predicament" triggered "structural pressure"; three, and teachers "professional carries on both shoulders" and "assessment single shoulder" overload brought by labor discipline difference; four, politics and history led to the moral teachers","strange"; the five, large capacity, low score" and "exam oriented" teaching make the ideological and moral teachers pressure increasing.On this basis, the author combines the L, Z and some of the leading teachers and interviews, in-depth analysis of the "political history, volume of the reform of the examination system on the impact of Rural Ideological and moral teachers caused, and from two aspects of external and internal factors on the influence of attribution analysis. Finally, according to these factors, some feasible suggestions and strategies are put forward from two aspects:individual schools and teachers from the school management, to formulate corresponding policies to alleviate the moral education teachers’ current situation; from the teachers themselves, to practice good exercise to benefit the internal organs, improve their own quality, to develop in the direction of comprehensive talents.
