As the rapid development of our country economy, human mobility has become an important way of human resource allocation. The mobility of teachers also joined the social big wave, and this situation became increasingly very common. However the survival condition of preschool teachers is not satisfactory, especially the flow condition of preschool teachers’ employment contract. This frequent flow employment way will inevitably affect the healthy development of early childhood education.In such a case, solving the flow problem of employment contract system of preschool teachers is becoming very important. This study takes the employment contract early childhood teachers in Liao Ning Province as the research subject, which based on these preschool teachers’basic theories. Questionnaire survey method and interview method will be used in this research, and writer try to analyze these detailed data through the investigation of research subject, give some suggestions to guarantee employment contract of preschool teachers.Survey results show that the young preschool teachers have a greater liquidity. Highly educated teachers have strong willingness to choose jobs. The title of a technical post of preschool teachers is very low which preschool teachers appeared on these low flow experiences. Flow experience teachers’ salaries are generally between 1000-1800 Yuan. The instability of employment contracts is the main causes of frequency changing jobs of preschool teachers. To analyze and discuss the current situation from the following aspects, such as the relationship between the age factor and the preschool teachers flow, the relationship between the education and early childhood teachers flow, the relationship between the title of a technical post of preschool teachers and preschool teachers flow, the relationship between the salary and preschool teachers flow, the relationship between the employment contract and social status and early childhood teachers flow situation.From these analysis and discussion, the conclusion will be given, which show some resolutions to puts forward some measures for promoting employment contract to make a rational flow of preschool teachers, and pay more attention to youth preschool teachers; Government increase the investment to the kindergarten; Kindergartens also need to strengthen management, and try to give teachers more opportunities of promotion; Give contract teachers and have compiled teachers nearly equal treatment. Appeal all lines of society to solve the problem of preschool teachers flow.
