The concept of early childhood teachers is what the society and the environment think of them. It is generally based on two important respects: on the one hand, whether the society pay a lot attention to them or not, that is to say, if the society think the childhood education is of a lot importance, the childhood teachers will of course attract a lot attention; on the other hand, the characteristic of American society will be closed connected with the appearance of the conception of early-childhood teachers, for example, it takes the cooperate seriously. That the concept of early childhood teachers, fundamentally speaking is based on the characteristics of child care and early childhood education exists, such as the special attention of teachers on children's mental and physical characteristics of the grasp of knowledge, with particular emphasis on early childhood teachers have a specific form of teaching and teaching methods; Second, the concept of early childhood teachers with the United States is closely related to characteristics of the community as a whole, such as teachers should focus on a wide range of capabilities, focus on cooperation, the focus on teachers and social practice, teachers focus on a wide range of general knowledge of the master, and so on. For example, recently, the emphasis on psychology cause the society take the knowledge of psychology seriously.
