Research On The Expectations Of The Community Concered To Early Childhood Teachers

The work in our society has its characteristic,the people who works should have some special abilities or traits,so that they can cope with any problems it may happen.We investigated the expectation to early childhood teachers of three groups in Chongqing through the questionnaire—the early childhood teacher,the young children'parents and kindergarten director.The purpose of this study is to find the ideas about the early childhood teachers from the relative early childhood persons.From the researcher we find that there are three consequences:1. Most of the subjects in order expect that an early childhood tearcher should be female.2.Most of the subjects in order expect that an early childhood tearcher should be patient.3. Most of the subjects in order expect that an early childhood tearcher should owe the art abilities.Among them, however, the vision on abilitier of playing piano and painting by the subjects are different in the significant level.In our society, many people have very little confidence in teachers.Therefore teachers should be motivated to improve themselves and conform to the expectations of society.At the same time, the institutes which train teachers should be aware of to enhance the relevant characteristics of teachers that society requires.
