Investigation And Countermeasure Research On Sports Activities Between One Middle And Large Classes In Yibin City, Sichuan Province

:The physical activities during the large recess are the important content of the reform about physical educational curriculum in the schools,the main carrier to develop the sunny physical activities,and the important way to insure one hour’s physical activities of students in the primary and middle schools every day. The research of the physical activities during the large recess makes realistic sense to implement the spirit of quality education and develop the youth’s physical quality.This paper uses the methods of literature material,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical reasoning to investigate the current situation of the physical activities during the large recess in No.1high school of Yibin,analyze the influence and restrict to it,explore the countermeasures to develop it that meet the requirements of the quality education,and provide important reference to other schools for how to carry out it.The results found that:The school leaders pay attention to the physical activities during the large recess,that guarantee it to be carried out orderly for a long time.The school insists on taking the "running practice activities" as the main content.By developing the physical activities during the large recess in the form of classes and units,it can benefit to improve the students’ physical quality and form the habit of taking physical exercises,and "use physical activities to improve morality"in order to form the good style of study,good spirit of class and school.The school sets up leading group of the physical activities during the large recess.By setting up the corresponding organization, that can effectively guarantee it to be organized and implemented. The physical activities during the large recess are brought into the unified work and rest time of school,and wrote into the course timetable in the form of "physical education",this promotes the physical activities to be researched and built on the basis of school curriculum.Through showing the physical activities during the large recess to the outside,the school takes the initiative to accept supervision and inspection of the society;through broadcasting in the form of internet,media,etc,it largely improves the recognition and reputation that the society considers the physical activities during the large recess,and it also becomes the external reason for the school adhere to carry out it.The factors and suggestions that effect and restrict the physical activities during the large recess in No.l high school of Yibin:first, the number of students of the school is to large,and the average of sports venues and equipments per one student are woefully inadequate.We suggest that the school increases the sports funds to promote the standardized construction of sports venues and equipments. Second, the projects of the physical activities during the large recess are very limited,so they can’t effectively stimulate student’s interest to participate.We suggest that activities pursuit to the innovation of content and form on the basis of combining the reality of school,to meet the needs of the students as much as possible. Third,a part of teachers are not willing to participate in the organization and management work of the physical activities during the large recess,there are slacking.We suggest that the school establish the quantitative evaluative standard,perfect the system of evaluation and incentive to fully arouse the enthusiasm of teachers to participate. Fourth,the students lack a comprehensive and profound understanding about the physical activities during the large recess,there are "passive participation".We suggest that the school strengthen the publicity and education to the students and create a good culture atmosphere of the campus sports.
