As the active rest of the students after studying,recess operation plays a positive role in promoting the students' physical and mental health.In order to find out the form of calisthenics which is more in line with the current law of the physical and mental development of primary school students,the paper uses the methods of literature,measurement and video analysis to carry out more on the current school,and representative of the Radio Calisthenics,martial arts gymnastics,cheerleading and football gymnastics were discussed.In the paper,216 students(106 boys and 110 girls)from Grade 4 to Grade 6 of LY Primary School in Ganjingzi District,Dalian,were tested on the heart rate of various exercise intensity during recess.Independent-sample t-test and one-way Anova were used to compare the rates of various kinds of interclass calisthenics.The subjective satisfaction of students and the arrangement of their movements were descriptive statistics in percentage.The results of the study:1.Broadcast gymnastics and martial arts are in line with the requirements of the creation of recess exercises,la la gymnastics and football gymnastics in the movement of the lack of the end part,and there is a lack of football gymnastics head and neck movements,trunk movements and other problems.2.The sports intensity of broadcast gymnastics,martial arts,cheerleading and football gymnastics all meet the standard of primary school students' sports load.Among the three grades,there was no significant difference in the intensity of exercise among the same-sex students in different grades(p>0.05).Among the three grades,among the students of different genders in the same grade,Radio Calisthenics: The average heart rate of female students was higher than that of male students,there was a significant difference(p<0.01);Wushu gymnastics: the average heart rate of male students was higher than that of female students,there was significant difference(p<0.05);Cheerleading: The average heart rate of male and female students is approximately the same,there is no significant difference(p>0.05);Football gymnastics: The average heart rate of the boys and girls in grade 4 and Grade 5 was almost the same,there was no significant difference(p>0.05),but the average heart rate of the boys in Grade 6 was higher than that of the girls,there was significant difference(p<0.05).3.Radio gymnastics is a satisfactory inter class exercise for girls and martial arts is a satisfactory inter class exercise for boys.Cheerleading is a class exercise that students are satisfied with,football is a class exercise that students are not satisfied with.Research conclusions:1.Broadcast gymnastics and martial arts are in line with the principle of creation of the break,cheerleading and football are not in line with the principle of creation of the break.2.The sports intensity of broadcast gymnastics,martial arts,cheerleading and football gymnastics are all in line with the standard of suitable sports intensity for students.The sports intensity of the same sex students in the same set of exercises in the three grades is similar.For Girls,Radio Calisthenics is more intense than for boys,Wushu is less intense than for boys,cheerleading is more or less the same,and soccer is less intense than for boys,and it's going to decrease as you get older.3.Girls are more satisfied with radio gymnastics than boys,and less satisfied with martial arts than boys.The students are satisfied with the cheerleading,the students are not satisfied with the football,and the students' interest and the intensity of sports become positive correlation.
