Abstract/Summary:
Since entering the new world, with the rapid development of China’s education,deepening educational reform, curriculum reform steadily, accelerating the process ofteacher professionalization of teachers occupational stress gradually appear, especiallyin higher education and compulsory education is important links point high schoolteachers occupational stress and psychological problems become increasingly serious.December2012, Beijing Normal University, joint Sohu Education Channel onChina’s nearly10,000high school teachers ’ occupational stress and mental healthproblems " of online questionnaires, statistics showed that more than85percent ofhigh school teachers to reflect their own working pressure, nearly35%ofrespondents consider themselves serious mental health problems, the concentratedexpression of working pessimistic, job burnout and other psychological setback heartdisease. In our high school teachers, the physical education teachers have been notbeen as vulnerable students, colleagues and school management attention. This article is based onthe historical background to Yibin City high school physical education teachersoccupational stress as the research object, drawing, comparison and analysis on thebasis of the new situation to explore Yibin City High School physical educationteachers occupational stress response initiatives.To enhance the scientific nature of this study, systematic and countermeasuresdesigned operability, this study will persist in asking questions, analyze and solveproblems," three-step" paradigm, the integrated use of education, management,statistics science and econometrics and other disciplines, research methods, focusingon theoretical analysis and empirical research closely, qualitative analysis andquantitative study of the organic unity, problem analysis and countermeasuresdesigned research logic, the choice of methods in the study, this paper is mainly usedliterature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, such as several research methods. Overall, this paper mainly consists of six parts. The first part is anintroduction, mainly on the research background and significance, research statusand comments, etc., it is the premise of this study. The second part is a surveyresearch design, it is the basis for this study. The third part is the analysis of thesurvey results, it is the focus of this study. The fourth part is Yibin City High SchoolPhysical Education Teacher stress coping strategies and path selection, it is the resultsof this study. The fifth part is the conclusion of this study it was concluded. Highschool physical education teachers have students not only entrusted with good healthand good mental qualities, prompting students to develop lifelong sports concept withgood physical exercise habits important responsibility, but also carries the NewPhysical Education and Sports of the important mission of the college entranceexamination. Relative to the same article, this study has important theoreticalsignificance and practical significance to explore, mainly reflected in the followingaspects: First, this study will help China high school physical education teachersoccupational stress research paradigm innovation; Second, this study help under thenew situation of high school sports curriculum reform steadily; Third, this study willhelp China school Physical Education reform in depth.
