The Status Of Sports Recess Activities To Carry Out The Investigation And Analysis In Shan Dong Gaotang Junior School

In recent years,China's primary and secondary school students' physical fitness test report found that the physical condition of primary and secondary school students showed a downward trend,most of the students are in the sub healthy state.Many primary and secondary school students are in poor health,poor resistance,easy to catch a cold,which greatly affect their life and learning efficiency.For students,most of the time is in the campus and the spare time to write homework,review,preview,etc.In the school they do not have much time to participate in physical exercise.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the quality of physical exercise during the school period and strengthen the awareness of physical exercise.The sport recess activity is an important measure to strengthen the youth sport time and strengthen the youth physique.However,the key point is what kind of content,the way to carry out,the activity to participate in,and achieving the desired effect.The status of sports recess activities in Gaotang junior school in this paper is as the object.By using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,field survey and other scientific research methods,many contents are concerned,including activity content,form,organization management,existing problems and the factors of affecting students to participate in sports activities and draw the following conclusions:(1)In the city of Gaotang,because the teaching level is higher than the villages and towns,a large number of students are attracted to go there.This leads to the increasing of the number of students in the city,on average 69 students of each class,52 people in the villages.But physical education equipment do not vary with the number of increasing student and comparing with the urban middle school sports teaching facilities are far behind the growth rate of students.(2)In Gaotang junior school,physical education teachers are lack and each teacher teach about 9 classes,which leads to the teaching task is heavy and restrict the development of the sports big break activities.(3)By the investigation of sports activities in Gaotang County,the broadcastgymnastics,running activities accounted for a large proportion of sport recess activities and the sport form is single.(4)The analysis of the cognition of students on sport recess activities indicated that the extent of students knowing about sport recess activities is shallow,most students stay in the target of sports standard test and initiative is poor.(5)The majority of teachers,leaders and parents support the sport recess activities but about the development of sport recess activities,the situation is not optimistic.(6)In 9 primary schools in Gaotang County,the supervision and evaluation system is not perfect,and need to develop relevant standards in a timely manner,which can encourage and supervise the development of sports activities.(7)The analysis of other factors,such as the time of activity,the climate environment and the study pressure,shows that these factors have influenced the successful development of the sports activities in some cases.(8)Six factors which impact sport recess activities of Gaotang are summarized and the main contradiction are founded,namely PE teachers,the lack of teacher guidance and students' lack of awareness,supervision and evaluation system.In order to promote the development of sport recess activities in Gaotang junior school,this paper formulate the corresponding countermeasures,which is improving the level of physical education teachers,strengthening the construction of physical education teachers,improving students' awareness of sports recess activities,improving the supervision and management mechanism.These methods can be consulted by the school,which have the similar problems.while the query system about physical education activity time of Gaotang county junior school is established,which can make teachers and students more convenient for active content query and provide the solution and theory support for other school in the town.
