In new curriculum, emphasizes the art learning with students’ daily lives together, connected with the society:and the development and utilization of curriculum resources become an important part in the art courses, in order to adapt to the new curriculum standard, mutual integration of local resources and the fine art course, maximize the development of students comprehensive art accomplishment, the research center of numerous experts and scholars.Secondary school art class need the vivid teaching content, local resources to have such characteristics, it has rich and colorful personality, rich cultural connotations, is to train students’ aesthetic consciousness, casting the physical and mental health, and cultivate students’ imagination, creativity of ideal carrier, can be well combined with the existing art materials.But it is emphasized that, at present, once use relates to the local resources, develop the majority of researchers will be overcome by one’s feelings related to school-based curriculum. The school-based curriculum is important, but for some geographical remoteness, economy is backward, equipment is not perfect rural middle school, art class can get full development is not an easy thing; and the existing art materials (Su less version of "art") can have good compliance with the now middle school students physical and mental development. Just because the economy, equipment and various aspects condition, carry out some art curriculum can’t very well, a chicken ribs. So the author emphasizes is the local resources combined with existing art materials, with the use of local resources advantage, overcome the difficult art teaching in the teaching part, the essence of the perfect show in front of the students, but the development is not a simple art of school-based curriculum.The definition of the scope of this study in the west of Xuyi County of Jiangsu province of Ming Zu Ling area, mainly around the art teachers how to use local resources and fine art curriculum combination, in order to improve the efficiency in the use of teaching materials, research methods to improve the art classroom teaching effect; the collection and collation of the local resources in the area can be seen everywhere. This paper is divided into five parts:firstly, through the investigation of cognition and art teaching resources on the status quo of Ming Zu Ling high school art teaching analysis, summed up the factors that impede the development of fine arts teaching of Middle School of the Ming dynasty. Then, the Ming Dynasty area "local resources" of integration, excavated Ming Zu Ling area can be used in the fine arts teaching of "local" resource, and summarizes its characteristics. Secondly, summarizing the basic theory related to the development and utilization of local resources.
