Since the ministry of education launched the reform of curriculum standards for ordinary high school in 2014 to the promulgation of curriculum standards,we will more fully implement the fundamental task of the state to cultivate people with morality from three-dimensional object to discipline core accomplishment.Geography emphasizes the core quality of geography,and geographical practice is the important one of it,what's more,it plays a vital role in improvement of students' ability.Compared with comprehensive thinking,human-land coordination and regional cognition,the cultivation of students' practical ability in geography pays more attention to their practical ability,so there are certain limitation in the cultivation approach,but the geography experiment teaching is one of highlights the geographical characteristics of the teaching methods in geography teaching,so to explore how to implement geography through developing geography experimental teaching practice force training goal has great significance and value.Found through a large number of literature studies of experiment teaching exists in many disciplines,such as the high school physics,etc...and most of scholars focus in geography subject of geography experimental teaching application,the purpose is to through experiments to promote students' mastery of knowledge of geography,few scholar combine geographical experiment and geographic practice force,highlight the geographic experiment teaching for students' geography practical accomplishment.This paper takes the geography experiment teaching as an important way to train the geography practice ability of high school students as the starting point,and the cultivation of the geography practice ability runs through the whole geography experiment teaching.Firstly,the paper adopts the method of literature research to analyze the current research progress and status at home and abroad,clarify the research background and significance,define the concept and composition of geographical practice,the definition of geographical experiment teaching and the classification of geographical experiment.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,the author analyzes the development of geographical experiment and the current situation of students' geographical practice ability in the process of cultivatingteachers' geographical practice ability and puts forward corresponding cultivation strategies according to the problems in the questionnaire.At last,the teaching practice is carried out through the method of educational experiment,and the practice feedback the effectiveness of geography experiment teaching to the cultivation of geography practice.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: Geography experiment teaching is an effective way to improve students' practice ability,through the development of geography experiment teaching,the classroom atmosphere of students is more active,and the level of students' geography practice ability is improved.
