The Construction Of Mainstream Culture In Colleges And Universities In Multicultural Background

With the development of exchanges and cooperation between the peoples of the world, thenational culture changes gradually from single to diversity. Cultural diversity has a greatinfluence on the different classes of people. Under the cultural background, the construction ofthe teachers in private universities, also affected to varying degrees Therefore, in this study ofthe college teachers’ construction can not ignore the influence of cultural diversity on it. Thispaper is to probe into the relationship between the two, the development trend influence witheach other and the tremendous impact on the future survival of private universities, and alsoanalysis the existing problem of the construction of the teachers in private universities under thebackground of multi-culture, and explore ways to solve problems.This paper has five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background, purposeand the idea and method of the research. The second part is the summary of the theory, which ismainly on the multicultural concept, the concept of private universities and private universityteacher’s concepts are defined. Then describe the characteristics of multicultural, and analysisthe influence of multicultural and the current status and component of teaching faculty of privatecollege. The third part analyzes the current loss status、problem and cause of teaching faculty ofthe private university under the multicultural background, and prospects for the development ofthe contingent of teachers in private universities under the background of multicultural. Thefourth part puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem which is proposed in theprevious chapter from two different aspects, which are the private universities internal, externalenvironmental factors.The fifth part is the summary and outlook about the impact on the development of privateuniversities under the multicultural background.
