In twenty-first Century,the core of the fierce international competition is the competition of talents,we should implement the strategy of the talented person,we should change the human resource advantage into the advantage of human resource,and the education will assume the main function.Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous advancement of the process of China's education system reform,the state has carried out fruitful reform in the field of education management system,running system and educational investment system,and promote the rapid development of private higher education in China.The establishment of private colleges and universities can effectively alleviate the serious problems of higher education resources in China,and also play an important role in promoting the popularization of higher education in China.Higher education has stepped into the stage of popularization,the private universities are facing unprecedented development opportunities,but the weak teachers,poor stability is still a bottleneck restricting the rapid development of private colleges and universities.To optimize the operation mechanism of teacher management and establish a high quality and stability of teachers is an important guarantee for the long-term development of private colleges and universitiesNingxia is located in the northwest,the economy is backward,with the implementation of the national western development strategy,the need to cultivate high-quality personnel,they can serve home modernization,so the government in increasing education investment,and constantly mobilize social forces to invest in education,the development of private colleges and universities in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region province is very rapid,especially national and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region government departments to develop a series of policies and measures for their development has brought unprecedented opportunities and strong power.As a new mode of running a school,the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region private colleges and universities not only promote the popularization of higher education in our district,but also promote the reform of higher education system and mechanism innovation.How to build and develop so far has not been mature experience and the formation of the model can learn from.For the rapid development of private colleges and universities in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the key is to establish a good quality,reasonable structure,relatively stable teachers,therefore,the construction of teachers should be paid attention to.Education development,teachers in advance.The strong teaching staff is the key factor to guarantee the teaching quality and the good reputation.In order to keep healthy and sustainable development,we must explore the new mode of higher education,innovate the training mode of applied talents,reform the teaching plan,teaching content and teaching way.Therefore,the requirements of the teaching staff must be different from the traditional requirements,to have the corresponding new requirements.At present,there are many problems in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region private colleges and universities,such as the unreasonable structure of teachers,teachers' team is not stable,teachers' school is generally lack of identity and sense of belongingThis thesis is based on the current situation and existing problems of the construction of teachers in private colleges in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of teachers in private colleges in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Through the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in China,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
