Researches Upon Analyzing Of The Present Situation Of Huhhot's Private And Non-governmental Kindergartens And Countermeasures Concerning Their Sustainable Development

Since the reformation and opening-up of our country, private and non-governmental kindergartens have been developing quickly. They have become an important part of the kindergarten education, and made a great achievement in Huhhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia. But there are still a lot of problems in both the outer environment and inner administration. So badness and goodness are mixed together in the development of these private and non-governmental kindergartens. We should think about them carefully. According to investigations to Huhhot's private and Non-governmental Kindergartens, the author want to try to find out a proper way to ensure the stable and healthy advancement of these private and non-governmental kindergartens.Research methods are mainly qualitative combined with some quantitative methods. Techniques are mainly interviews with some surveys, and also refer to some relative laws.This dissertation consists of four parts.The first chapter is preface, including to raising issues, pointing out the aims of analysis, analysis'methods, and what meanings of researching on these questions.The second chapter focuses on the present situation of private and non-governmental kindergartens in foreign countries and levels of administration in order to research deeply into Huhhot's private and non-governmental kindergartens.The third chapter is about achievements of Huhhot's private and non-governmental kindergartens, at the same time, pointing out thesequestions in them, such as inner administration and system, level of teachers and so on.The last chapter is in the view of practical experience of these kindergartens in current problems, the author comes up with countermeasures, such as, to perfect their inner management systems of these kindergartens, to truly strengthen their constructions of teachers and to raise their qualities of education.
