Education equity is an important part of social justice, and a "remoteentrance" problem in education is reflected unfair factors. From theeducational point of fairness, facts on the "off-site entrance",this haspractical significance to explore,to see a fair education substantive issuesits hidden from”off-site entrance" surface phenomena of the problem, allwe need in-depth thinking. This paper places around the entrance andexpand educational equity,its content is divided into three sections:The ifrst chapter education equity is socialism with Chinesecharacteristics question of the proper meaning. This section focusesprimarily on the content of education and research fair significance, thearticle content from educational fair to write, and then discusses theactual situation in China inheritance and innovation of socialism withChinese characteristics equitable educational content in different periods,the last of the education fair in China socialism in the process ofsignificance were analyzed in two ways.The second chapter is about the content of "off-site entrance" andeducation equity. This chapter is divided into three sections, The firstsection analyzes the relationship between the”off-site entrance" andeducation equity between irrational factors exist from the collegeentrance examination system in our current way, and thus the need for theimplementation of "off-site entrance" made analysis", the off-site entrance "help to promote educational equity conclusions;Then thesecond quarter from a”remote entrance" problem started, comparing thedifference between”off-site entrance" and "entrance immigrants” in theanalysis of "off-site entrance" meaning the process, the last sort ofbackground "offsite entrance” issues raised and process;Finally,Section!:. of this chapter for "off-site entrance" dilemma for policy formulationand implementation process were discussed,on the one hand from thegovernments point of view discusses the process of policy formulationand implementation difficulties, on the other hand from the floatingpopulation and the inflow both the point of view of conlfict of interest ofdifferent interest groups in the "off-site entrance" of the problem.The third chapter is new thinking to solve the "off-site entrance" ofthe problem. This chapter combines”off-site entrance" reality based onthe content of education fair thought, from a different perspective to solvethe "off-site entrance" issues put forward their views and suggestions.Improvement and innovation including the reform of college admissionssystem of household registration system and other related institutions,government macro-control in the distribution of educational resourcesand the integration of financial expenditure, as well as learn from theUnited States, Japan and other countries relevant experience.
