College Graduates Venture Mechanism

As China's economic and social development, China's employment structure and employment patterns have undergone tremendous changes. Entrepreneurship has become an important way for college students. The research of college students' entrepreneurship has had a long history on aboard, business, government, schools and community has formed a relatively complete and systematic mechanism in college students'entrepreneurship.This article uses literature review, synthesize, research and comparative research to study the current and future status of college student'entrepreneurship. The first section'content is the significance of topics, research purposes, research ideas and research methods. The second part researches the student's own awareness and understanding of entrepreneurship through literature review and questionnaire survey. Part III discusses the mechanism of the university students'entrepreneurship from the three aspects of government, schools and community. The fourth part analyze the characteristics of the college students'entrepreneurship in foreign developed countries, then compares the difference between the foreign developed countries and our country, drawing on using the advantages of the foreign developed countries to development our country's entrepreneurship. Part V proposed the innovation and the solution of the current problems on the basis of the analysis from the three aspects of government, schools and community.This study shows that:At present, China still lacks a mechanism of the college students" entrepreneurship. However, through the party and the government's vigorous advocacy, the central and local levels of government policies'advancement, universities, enterprises and society's active participation, we can construct the policy and institutional guarantees of college students'entrepreneurship. By the cooperation of the government, school and community, we can build a good mechanism of college students'entrepreneurship, and solve the difficult problem in the current time effectively.
