Research On The Linkage Mechanism Of Government And School In Encouraging College Students' Enterprise

Along with our country University's increased enrollment, our country higher education will be popularity of education gradually, and the college graduates' employment difficultly already becomes a very prominent question. Along with the development of our country economy and society, our country's structure of employment and the employment way has also had the huge change. College students' entrepreneurship will become a new tendency of the graduates'employment. Because of higher education scale's rapid expansion, and the stern situation of the college graduates employment, Government, the college, and entire society must summon and advocate that the university graduates start an undertaking. But the college students of our country, due to the restraint of traditional values and social economic system, are late in acquiring the awareness of launching an enterprise upon graduation, and so far, there were so few successors. Some result from the students themselves, such as restricted knowledge, deficient fund and experience and inadequate ability in innovative undertaking, and others are concerned with the broad social environment.It is on the linkage mechanism of government and school in encouraging college students entrepreneurship that the present research is conducted. This article firstly analysis the present situation and problems of university student's pioneering work, then analysis the difficulty of the college graduates entrepreneurship, which is resulted by governmental accountability absence, and discusses how government encourages the college to take innovative undertaking. At the same time, it analyzes the problems on the business-running education in the universities and how to promote the entrepreneurship education. We should draw on the experience on foreign government and university how to encourage College students'entrepreneurship, and clearly define the responsibility of our government and school on encouraging College students'entrepreneurship. Then the government establishes promotion and protection mechanism which is the external force and the school establishes active adaptation mechanism which is the internal force. We should combine the government and the school, and establish government and school linkage mechanism, to promote the college entrepreneurship together, and to solve the difficulties of innovative undertaking more effectively. The innovation of this thesis is how to combine government and school, create favorable business environment, cultivate outstanding talents and promote the real business students, so we can promote entrepreneurship more effectively.
