College Infrastructure Projects In The Whole Process Of Cost Management Model Study

In recent years, with the rapid development of capital construction in universities, the common problems such as "three exceeding" arise during the cost management of construction project as well. Furthermore, research results have not been achieved in the whole process cost management of construction project.The thesis is going to adopt AHP to analyze the factors which influence the whole process cost management of construction project and build the deterministic and control modes on the basis of WBS, thus drawing the conclusion what is the critical point of cost control in different stages. Meanwhile, the evaluation on the application of the whole process cost management of construction project in universities a higher economic return has been realized.There are six chapters in the thesis, which launch an analysis of the theory of the whole process cost management mode. Most attention is paid to how to construct the whole process cost management mode of construction project in universities in Chapter Four, and the pre-feasibility study of the Second-Phase Enlargement Project of the Eastern District in Hj College as well as the effect analysis by example of its whole process cost control of design, bid, construction and settlement. Therefore, under the whole process cost management of construction project in universities, pre-construction cost control is the key point; an organization formed by capital construction supervisors as subject and auditors of universities, with all concerned parties participating should be established; the follow-up auditing is adopted as guarantee measures. In addition, the cost control in the contract definition control will be the next research area in the whole process cost management code of construction project in universities.
