Research On The Construction Of "Creative Home" Project Management In L University Campus Culture

Campus culture construction is an important aspect of the University's comprehensive strength,which need to strengthen the management of campus culture construction.And the project management theory as a scientific theory of organization and efficient management,which had been widely used in many industry fields,fundamentally improve the efficiency of project management,which also provides a starting point to strengthen the construction of campus culture.But how to apply the project management to the construction of campus culture project,What kind of work should be carried out,How to organize the implementation of the project,Project management technology provides an effective way to solve these problems.This thesis analyzes the current situation of the development of campus culture in Colleges and universities,and expounds the characteristics of campus culture management in Colleges and universities,and combines the method of project management,establishes the whole process management model of campus culture project management,and makes an empirical study on the case of L independent college.This thesis dived the project of a homesick into four stage and made research on project management,which included the project start,project planning,project implementation,and acceptance evaluation,and involved in the various stages of the work flow and the content are detailed,especially in combination with the characteristic of L independent college "homesick" project,developed specific work breakdown structure,and post settings.Among them,the project start-up phase mainly based on the project process and specific assessment rules for project application and evaluation of the project,thus establishing the project implementation body.The project plan and design phase of the project objectives are set,and determine the objectives of the object as the object of the work content and organizational structure and job settings.The project implementation stage is based on the project management,the cost,schedule and quality of the sub projects are managed by the project management method.Among them,in the progress control,managed by making schedule diagram and the project milestones;in the cost management,combined with the project budget and workload list,making effective management control;in the quality management,established quality management organization system,compared with the quality of the project target,and carry out the quality assessment and adjustment;on the campus culture management,the idea of “positive innovation,the courage to practice” has been the effective management of the implementation of the project.Finally,in the acceptance assessment phase,around the project objectives,the campus culture,process and evaluation of the effectiveness the “creative home” project to complete the effect of the assessment.Through the “creative home” project management of the empirical research,in order to provide reference for other campus cultural project management.
