In the context of the continuous updating of scientific and technological progress,the division of labor and cooperation of professional technologies are also constantly iterative,and project management also has an impact on a wider range of fields.Compared with traditional industries,game projects require more cooperation in various fields and require higher project management.Affected by the market,the demand of game projects is easy to change,which usually makes the project progress exceed expectations.Therefore,Research on the progress of the game project can ensure the smooth completion of the project.Thesis takes Project A as the research object,combines the project background,development status with the current research environment,and finds out the problems in progress management.On this basis,the A game project schedule management strategy of XX Company is proposed.Use scientific methods to formulate the project schedule,and then make adjustments in real time according to the deviation in the project,so as to provide assurance means for the smooth implementation and control of the project plan.Finally,cooperate with the buffer setting while compressing the construction period to achieve the final result of project schedule optimization.Thesis first subdivides the work into several basic unit work through the application of WBS method.After reviewing the planned time according to the logical relationship before and after the task,it analyzes the task plan according to the critical path after calculating the expected time.Control the critical path content and milestone events in the project implementation stage.Give sufficient buffer time to the risk areas in the project,ease the time management problem of XX enterprise development project management,and bring corresponding reference to similar projects. |
