The paper looked at the design and implementation of a new training system in the Shanxi Branch of China Aluminium. It focuses on the main content, operation mechanism and framework of the new training system by utilizing modern training theory, systematic methods of analysis, comparative study as well as combination of the theory and practice. Through an in depth analysis of the design and implementation process of the new training system, the paper intends to explore methods for developing effective training system in China's State-Owned Enterprises. The contribution of this paper can be summarized in the following two aspects: first, the new training system in Shanxi Branch of China Aluminum offers a good model that other SOEs can learn from. Second, The conclusions of this paper also have implications the reform of the training system in SOEs in the process of building modern enterprises. |
