Winners of the increasing fiery competition of the world will be the enterprises, organizations and persons who are learning more and quickly. In 2002, CTC had addressed up a long-term strategy that it would get to a top modern TeleCom of the world during the coming five years. For achieving this objective, it is a must to establish a Learning-Style Enterprise, by which the ardor for learning and feeling of responsibility of staff will be boosted up. This Learning-Style Enterprise will help their staff possess a positive philosophy of learning and persist in enjoying learning by working; and then the knowledge and skill of their staff will be updated consistently. Generally, an enterprise learning and implement culture will be established.This thesis consists of 4 parts: Training Requirement, Training Planning, Training Implement and Training Assessment, which are four steps of the Staff Training Program of TeleCom LZ. The thesis is a practical report since its detailed and normative dissertation. In its final part, integrated with the current state and the development trend of TeleCom LiuZhou, the paper summarized the training progress of this TeleCom and predicted the prosperity of this work in its future.
