With the development at a high speed of economic globlation ,informlization technology in new century,the State -Owned Enterprises(SOEs ) as the main body of micro-economy face more acute competition and more powerful pressure .Under such severe situation , SOEs could retain the life and vigor only by promoting competitiveness . Innovation is a source to obtain competitiveness, so enterprises' sustaintable innovation(ESI) is a primise and foundation to win the competition advantage sustainably ,and it also assures that enterprises keep their sustainable competition advantage and realize sustainable development.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world ,in the lead of excellent enterpreneur ,some SOEs realize sustainable development through implemented innovation projects continually .These excellent SOEs have become leading ones in the recent Chinese economy's sustainably developing process ,and have exerted extremely important function as varguard and mainstary .However , during the transition period ,because of the extra -scarce of entrepreneur resource and the weakness of the mechanisms of fostering and acqire enterpreneur.the ESI of the SOEs is too depending on the particular entrepreneur .In order to help excellent SOEs which have realized sustainable innovation get rid of the particular enterperneur -oriented mode's accidenty and frailty ,the sustainable innovation must change to mechanism -oriented mode,and the mechanism for fostering selecting and appointing entrepreneurs is the core to establish effective ESI management mechanism .Once this mechanism is established and effectively operated, ESI process will stably develop and help enterprises to stride across excellent to outstainding ones . The thesis systematicly research how to build up the mechanism for fostering , selecting and appointing entrepreneurs .1 In a new perspective of ESI ,the author advances the importance of building up the ESI management mechanism ,and points out that establishmet of the effective mechanism for fostering , selecting and appointing entreprenrurs is the basic condition to shift the sustainable innovation mode from a specific entrepreneur' s domination to a mechanism's domination.2 On the basis of inspecting the experice of excellent Chinese and Over-seaenterprises ,the author advances and expounds the following five fundmental elements in building up the effective sustainable innovation mechanism for fostering selecting aad appointing entreprenrurs .That is ,the basis of authority and benefit ,the idea of sustainable innovation and long -term goals ,the institution of organization ,the criterion of selecting and appointing.and the construction of foster-base.The five elements are closely related and affect with eachother .3 Through analyzing the practice of Chinese and over -sea business' fostering selecting and appointing entrepreneurs by using the systematic theory frame ,the author gives two important conclusion :The first is that the analysis frame which advances in the third chapter not only adapt to ovea -sea enterprises ,but also fit the excellent SOEs that change to "mechanism oriented " to foster , select and appoint entrepreneurs.The second is that SOEs are short of many conditions on establishing the mechanism for fostering selecting and appointing entrepreneurs .especially on the aspect of building up the basis of the authority and benefit moulding and insisting on core value.The topic of this thesis is taken from the fund project or national natural science just which my tutor professor Xiang Gang took charge of — "Discuss on operating regularity and developing trend &building up managing mechanism of sustainable innovation process of state-owned enterprises (project serial number :79860008).The author try hard to from the angle of sustainable innovation ,discuss on the basic conditions on establishment the mechanism for fostering selecting and appointing entrepreneurs in excellent SOE ' s sustainable innovation .Which enriches and develop the innovation theory on one hand, and on the other hand ,by the theory combining with pratice .offers the theoretical foundation for the key problem ' s resolve on sustainable innovation of Chinese enterprises ,and offers advice for relevant department at the same time . |
