Study On Road Administration Of Main Highway In Qujing City

After the implementation of reform National fuel prices and tax and fee, Yunnan government made a decision,according to Notice of the State Council on the implementation of the reform of the price of refined oil and the reform of the tax and fee.Yunnan government has abolished the management and protect fees for highway since January 1st,2009.In order to find a place for the staffs who used to work in Yunnan provincial highway levy inspection bureau,Traffic Department of Yunnan Province has done two things.First,it abolished the duty which belonged to Yunnan Provincial Highway Bureau and found Yunnan province highway management department.Second,Yunnan province highway management department has duty in Yun Nan province ordinary country and provincial road management.Yunnan Provincial Highway Bureau still has duty in road management’s overload.This fact that two departments manage one road, causes a lot of chaos and messes in Yun Nan province ordinary country and province main road management. This article was born under this background.Nowadays, our road Comprehensive Law Enforcement Pattern is in the stage of exploration and development. Different province has different situation, so it is hard to find a mode.Ordinary country and province main road management was born in the Planned economics system. To meet the changing society and the economic development,Ordinary country and province main road management need a courage of exploration, extension, creation. This exploration will finish and complete in practice and its feature and advantage will show day by day.
