Research On The Management Of Road Transport In Jiuquan City

Road transport serves as the lifeblood of urban economy and social life,closely related to the development of economy and society.The scientific management,in order to realize the object of civilization,safety,smooth and orderly,is the basic requirement to the people who participate in road transport.This objective requirement can also help promote economic development,improve people's happiness index and build a harmonious society.At present,China has entered a runoff stage of establishing well-off society,and urban development has entered a critical period.Urban road traffic presents a new trend——traffic congestion,traffic safety,air pollution and a series of traffic problems,which affect the city's working efficiency and the life quality of residents.With the Belt and Road" and the constantly deepening promotion of Huaxia Civilization Inheritance Innovation Zone Construction,Jiuquan City population quickly gathered.Its scale continues to expand and vehicle amount has a rapid growth,together with road traffic management problems have become increasingly prominent.The article summarizes the theory of urban traffic management,combined with the present situation of road traffic management in Jiuquan city,the traffic management system mechanism of which is not perfect.Traffic supply and the growth of traffic demand is not coordinated and traffic management mode and technical level are relatively backward,also the public transport commitment rate and motor vehicle growth ratio imbalance,people's concept of follow the safety regulations is not strong and other issues.These traffic management of the ills,restricting the economic development of Jiuquan City and the quality of residents,urgent research and solution.Using the basic statistical data and chart,from the urban planning,the mechanism transport road management,road network structure,the increasing situation of motor vehicle and drivers,the recent situation of transport safety,etc.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traffic management of Jiuquan urban area and the root of the problems in depth,putting forward some suggestions on how to improve the road transport management through making thorough plans,improving the traffic management system,optimizing the road network,developing green and intelligent transportation,enhancing the civilization awareness of the safety of the urban transport,and innovating the way of road transport safety management,etc.This comprehensive measures,will solve the current problems and combine with the road transport plan in the long run,establishing new models of road traffic management,and gradually exploring a path which are in line with the current situations in Jiuquan city.
