Research On Community Worker 's Incentive In District D District

With the process of city community further accelerated, the importance of the community work highlights day by day, community is the foundation of city management, and it is also the grassroots organizations for serving people. Community workers, as a booster and the practitioner of community construction take an important role in the construction of a harmonious society and people’s happiness. Therefore, how to mobilize the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of the community workers is particularly important. To study the incentive of community workers has very important realistic meanings, and is also attracting attention by many people.For study the current situation of community workers’ incentive, this paper takes T Street office of D District as the research object, combined with the relevant incentive theory, using empirical research methods, in-depth analysis current situation of T Street office’s incentive, then to find out the existing problems and causes, and on this basis, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to increase the incentive problems of community workers. Through the research, tries to find out the suitable incentive method of T Street office community workers, so as to promote the building of a harmonious community.
