The rapid economic development has gradually highlighted the potential social conflicts, industrial accidents, public health, social security and natural disasters and other public emergency situations become more and more frequent and have increasingly complex. The second chapter describes the information in emergency management in the entire process, from the initial information gathering, screening, analysis, processing and dissemination of information to feedback and update, and describes each step in the work related to emergency management. The third chapter focuses on the point. Chapter four is for the establishment of emergency management information system, using the complete database and human-computer interaction system to enhance the quality of emergency management, in order to help quick emergencies respond.
