The importance and severity of safety in production work has always attached great importance to,especially in emergency management institutional reform last year,on the basis of production safety,emergency management highlights important position,prevent resolve security risks,prevent all kinds of production safety accidents and disasters emergency is no longer simply rely on the traditional way of safety regulation,but through the use of advanced technology to boost the stable production safety situation,enhancing people’s safety protective walls.The system utilization rate of emergency management informatization in this area is low and the development of informatization is unbalanced.Data scattered,data island phenomenon is obvious;Lack of comprehensive risk perception,low prediction and early warning ability,Lack of emergency command linkage system,connectivity difficulties and other four problems.This paper taking emergency management information construction of Quanshan District Xuzhou City as the research object,combined with production safety situation of Quanshan District,Collect relevant information and visit relevant units and responsible persons in Quanshan District,The development course and present situation of emergency management informationization in Quanshan District are studied in detail,and the construction of emergency management information in this area is analyzed and studied.The main research achievements of this paper are as follows:1)According to the situation of spring mountain safety production information,combined with mountain spring safety production situation,to create a humane,intelligent,modern science and technology,standardization,a one-stop emergency management system construction,and on this basis,the construction of the complete mountain spring emergency management information system,and develop the institutional mechanisms for the system,regulation system with rules and regulations,with assessment evaluation index supervision system is applied.2)With intelligent construction and science and technology as the standard,hardware configuration is carried out according to the latest technical requirements,and software development is carried out according to the intelligent requirements.Four major projects of perception network,emergency communication network,emergency command center and emergency mobile platform,as well as emergency basic database,have been built.3)After planning,design,construction and acceptance,the preliminary construction of the emergency management information system in Quanshan District has been completed and entered the operation state,effectively promoting the safety production and emergency management in Quanshan District,and the safety supervision effect is remarkable.Since the construction and operation of the project,the situation of production safety in Quanshan District has been steadily improved,and people’s sense of security,sense of happiness and sense of gain have been greatly improved.Research results of spring mountain emergency management has a positive effect,build the model of emergency management information system,and use simple,safe,low consumption,open design concept,problems and difficulties encountered in dealing with emergency management informatization,promote the advanced information technology combined with depth of emergency management,provides a strong support for emergency management informationization.
