| Objective Hospital is a full of communication barriers, changes and anxiety place, which is also a complex systems of psychology, sociology, technology and biology. Hospital medical management's work stress is increasingly prominent. This research is for the purpose of the theoretical analysis of work stress to the hospital medical management, survey their main source of job stress through the work stress questionnaire drawing up by ourselves, construct the work stress model of hospital medical management and carry out the reference methods and measures that work stress management theory in the use of hospital management.Methods Based on the references and the experts' interview, a questionnaire which is about the hospital medical management's work stress was designed to carry out. We carried out two rounds investigations of forecasts and surveys. In the pre-investigation, we screened for questionnaire items and formed the formal questionnaire through exploratory factor analysis (EFA). In the formal investigation, we carried out the investigation to 520 medical managements which come from 13 provincial, municipal and district comprehensive hospitals belonging to 7 different cities Shandong Province. We explored the work stress model of hospital medical management through exploratory factor analysis, investigated the staff structure through descriptive analysis, tested the questionnaire's reliability and efficacy through chron-bach's a coefficient and correlation analysis.Results Through analysis, screening and amending, an work stress questionnaire was finally designed with 30 questions on hospital medical management. The ratio of accumulation contributes that six factors which through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) is above 70%, the load coefficient of subject matched to the connotation of one factor. The questionnaire has satisfactory structure efficacy. Its total chron-bach's a coefficient is 0.892 and each of the eight factors chron-bach's a coefficient is over 0.767. The questionnaire has satisfactory reliability. Overall, the hospital medical management of high work pressure, four factors in the six factors which average score is over 3 points, the highest is 3.90 points. Each of the six factors' score rating high to low is that:the policies, regulation and occupational environment, work tasks, work characteristics and conditions, organization and management factors, career development, interpersonal relationships.Conclusion In this study, we set up the work stress model of hospital medical management, which includes career development, relationships, work tasks, organization and management factors, work characteristics and conditions, policies and regulations and occupational environment altogether six factors. The results indicated that hospital medical management' work stress has the remarkable difference in the sex, age, highest education, position, title, work sections, work experience, hospital level, and differences in the dimensions. So we should analysis the cause of stress concretely and take a effective approach to the stress. This study put forward stress management strategy combined with the actual hospital. It is of great significance for improving the internal management of hospital and raising the level of hospital management. |
