A Study On Work Stressor And Its Management Of Directors In Military Medical University

Stress is some kind of unbalanced state existing in people's psychology and originated from the contradiction of ability and acquisition. In this fast developing, complex and changeable society now, stress has prevailed in people's work and life. It has been shown by researchers that work stress will not only generate psychological, physical and behavioral changes, but also bring negative effect on the results of management. In military medical universities, teaching and research departments,research institutes, clinical and medical technological offices are basic units and the main organizations performing the tasks of teaching, medical treatment and scientific researches. As the manager of each unit, the director's spiritual and working state as well as professional qualities and abilities will to a great extent determine the development of the unit, even the overall standard of universities, which has played a greatly important role in the inertial running and sustainable development of high schools. Thorefore, due to the particularity and importance, directors often undergo more work stress than others in the unit. For this reason, great and practical significance exists in the research of directors'work stress.With directors as main research objects and from aspects of the apperception of stressor, the dealing and management of work stress, this paper tries to probe into the question and compare the stress of directors of foundation medicine and clinical medicine, then find out the differences and carry out the analyses and discussion related.At first, the background, purpose, significance of this research, as well as the general idea, methods of researches and the structure of this paper are introduced in the preface. Meanwhile, the definitions and genres of work stress are looked back on and the theories related are comprehensively discussed. On the basis of the above mentioned, the analytic structure and thinking of the research about directors'work stress will be formed.Then, the article will probe into the work stressor as well as the relation ships between variables relates.
