Exploring The Path Of The United Community About Medical-nursing Combine Under Social Work Perspective

Nowadays,the aging of the population has become the focus attention of worldwide.At present,the proportion of the elderly population in our country continues to rise,resulting a series of problems such as increased social pressure and labor shortage.Therefore,whether the problem of elderly caring is effectively resolved is the top priority of social development.As a new model of elderly care,the combination of medical care and elderly care can integrate resources of medical and elderly care to maximize the integration of medical and elderly care.However,there exist series of problems,such as inadequate policy support,inadequate integration of medical resources and elderly resources,and lack of professional talents,which have hindered the development of medical and nursing integration.Facing the current problems of the combination of medical and nursing,the author found that the L community has the advantage of implementing the combination of medical and nursing.Community L is a unit-type community.At present,the integrated resources of traditional Chinese medicine in the community involve related medical resources,community resources,social work resources,and other elderly service resources,but the resources are not fully integrated;the nursing needs of the elderly in the community include medical health and life care,spiritual consolation,and the community and units have not provide corresponding elderly care services.The high degree of aging,the lack of elderly care services,and the rich combination of medical and nursing resources have become the most prominent characteristics of this community.Using the social work perspective,the author combs the existing policies,investigates and analyzes the different types of medical and nursing integration models and characteristics in G province,and explores the L community's suitability of developing a comprehensive medical and nursing integration model by combining the basic situation of the L community.This article uses the perspective of social work to analyze the five elements of serviceprincipal,service object,service content,service mode and management mechanism from the perspective of social work to explore how the L community develops integrated medical and nursing services,and explores the social work in the integration of medical and nursing role,through research found that L community has a significant advantage on the integration of medical and nursing services.
