Results showed that the total effective rate in treatment group and control group total effectiveness for 80.0% for 68.0%. The rank and test analysis, two groups of efficacy significant difference (P < 0.05), treatment group than in control group curative effect.Conclusion: Humerus fractures internal jugular surgical patients receive type after arm outreach fixation treatment, the treatment group than controls obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and prove the upper fixation is better than that of the conventional treatment to cure. Proof of the upper fixation clinical therapy is an effective treatment of humerus fractures internal jugular surgical methods of charge type.
